New to Knox

We are all a broken people discovering the healing love of our Lord Jesus together.  As our Vision Statement says we are helping each other grow in our Christian faith.  We are a community of people who don’t have it all together but are discovering what it means to find a better life in Jesus, to follow him fully, to break free from our past and to walk in victory together.

We care about you, not what you’re wearing.  We don’t care how many tattoos you have or even look to your past. Here at Knox Georgetown, we are a church full of unperfect people who are coming to know Jesus and serving others together, and regardless of your story, we believe that you belong!

 Nice People

We love it when someone new arrives, please let our ushers know it’s your fist time and they will guide you in.

A Casual Atmosphere

We care about you not what you’re wearing so feel free to wear whatever you wish from three piece suits to jeans, it’s whatever is comfortable to you.

Practical Teaching

Our Practical teaching connects the words of the Bible to everyday life and our music is traditional.

Our Service

Our Sunday morning service is at 11:00 am from September to June and for a month in the summer.  To allow our Pastor time off we do have a month in the summer that our service time is at 10:00 am.  (Please check the website or contact the office to confirm the summer service time)

Knox Georgetown is a downtown church and has no onsite parking but there are two parking lots directly across from the church building one on Main Street and the other on Church Street.  There are also parking lots within a short walk of the church.

Knox does have a chair lift to help people access the Sanctuary and get down onto our lower level for our fellowship hour after the service  but we are not wheel chair accessible at this time.
